The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) has finalized the 2012 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Intended Use Plan (IUP). An IUP accompanies GEFA’s annual applications to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and identifies communities in Georgia that have requested funding from either the Clean Water (CWSRF) or Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs.
